Mini Package - Trial Before Commitment
What is the Mini Package?
The Mini Package is a trial package designed for clients who want to experience our services before committing to a 6-month or 12-month plan.
What is included in the Mini Package?
For a one-time fee of $500, you receive
- 1 Page Website (custom-designed and fully responsive)
- 1 Print Design Project (business card, flyer, brochure, etc.)
You may submit both requests at once, but we will complete one project before starting the next to ensure high-quality execution.
What happens after the Mini Package?
- If you upgrade to a subscription within 7 days, you will receive a $500 credit toward your first month’s payment.
- This ensures a smooth transition into a long-term partnership.

What subscription packages do you offer?
We offer three main plans:
- Starter Package – Graphic Design Services
- Growth Package – Web Development & Graphic Design
- Pro Package – Full Digital Marketing & Creative Services
Are there long-term commitments?
To ensure a structured workflow and project consistency, our subscription plans require either a 6-month or 12-month contract:
- 6-Month Contract – Enjoy a 10% discount on the first month’s bill.
- 12-Month Contract – Get a 25% discount on the first month’s bill and additional perks.
Important: These discounts apply only to the first month’s payment. After the first month, the subscription will continue at the regular price for the remaining contract duration.
Additionally, these discounts are only available if you sign up for a long-term contract right away. If you start with a Trial Package or Mini Package, you will not be eligible for these discounts later.
However, if you purchase our Mini Package ($500) and upgrade to a higher package within 7 days, the $500 from the Mini Package will be credited toward your upgraded plan. The discount will not apply, as it is exclusively for those who commit to a higher package upfront without trying the Mini Package first.
Can I customize my package to handle more projects?
Yes! You can customize your package by adding more team members, which allows you to increase the number of active projects and expand your available services. This flexibility ensures that your workflow scales with your business needs. Contact us to discuss your customization options!
Refund Policy
Can I get a refund for the Mini Package?
No refunds are provided after project delivery. However, if you upgrade to a subscription within 7 days, we will credit your $500 Mini Package fee toward your first month’s payment towards the upgraded subscription.
Are there any refunds?
- Subscription payments are billed in advance.
- If you cancel mid-cycle, services will continue until the end of the billing period. No refunds will be provided.

How do I submit project requests?
All project requests must be submitted via our Enine Arts Client Dashboard to ensure proper tracking and execution.
How many projects can I submit at once?
- Starter Package – 1 active design project at a time
- Growth Package – 2 active projects (1 design & 1 web development)
- Pro Package – 3 active projects (1 design, 1 web, 1 digital marketing)
Project Completion & Workflow:
We follow a structured workflow to ensure quality and efficiency. A new project begins only after the previous project in that category is completed (e.g., one design project must be completed before starting another design project, and the same applies to web development and digital marketing).
Our team works 8 hours per day on active projects. After a project is completed, we allocate 2 hours the following day for final revisions of the completed project, while the remaining 6 hours are dedicated to starting the next project in line.

We offer multiple communication channels to ensure smooth collaboration:
- Enine Arts Client Dashboard – Our primary platform for managing projects, tracking progress, and submitting requests.
- Email & Live Chat Support – Get quick responses to your queries.
- Monthly Stand-Up Meetings – Available for long-term contract clients to discuss ongoing projects, performance, and improvements.
Monthly Stand-Up Meetings:
- 6-Month Contracts – Includes one monthly meeting as part of our service to discuss your needs and how we can better support your goals.
- 12-Month Contracts – Enjoy meetings whenever you need, allowing for continuous strategic discussions and support.

Why does Enine Arts require 1-2 weeks for onboarding?
We take onboarding seriously to ensure a smooth and successful project.
This 1-2 week period allows us to:
- Assemble the best team for your project
- Finalize contracts and paperwork
- Align project goals, timelines, and expectations
- Set up project management tools
This preparation ensures we can execute efficiently and deliver the best possible results.
What is the typical turnaround time for a project?
- Smaller projects – 24-48 hours
- Complex projects – Varies based on scope
- Rush requests – If you have a rush request, we will prioritize it by pausing our currently active project to focus entirely on completing your urgent task. Once the rush project is delivered, we will then resume the original project from where we left off.
Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Stripe (Secure online payments)
Is there a set billing date?
We require payment at the time of sign-up, and the next payment will be due 30 days after your start date.
Can I switch packages midway?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime, and billing adjustments will take effect in the next cycle on the 1st of the following month.
Additional Information
Will my clients know that I’m outsourcing work to you?
No! We operate as a 100% white-label service. Your branding appears on all deliverables, and we do not communicate with your clients unless requested.
Can I use my own project management tool (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana)?
We highly recommend using our Enine Arts Dashboard for seamless collaboration. However, we can accommodate external tools for an additional fee unless you commit to a 12-month contract, in which case we will integrate it for free.
Do you offer print services?
Yes! Print services are available within the USA and are charged separately. Turnaround times range from 1 to 6 business days, with rush orders available for an additional cost.
