How many requests can I submit at once?
With our subscription model, you can submit unlimited project requests, but the number of active projects at a time depends on your package:
Starter Package: Includes Design Services only, allowing 1 active project at a time.
Example: If you’re working on a Brand Design, your next design project (e.g., Social Media Posts) will begin only after the current one is completed.
Pro Package: Includes Design & Web Development Services, allowing 2 active projects at a time.
Example: You can have one active Design project (e.g., Logo Design) and one active Web Development project (e.g., Website Development) running simultaneously.
Once the design project is completed, another design project can begin, and the same applies to web development.
Additional Services (Available on Request):
- Digital Marketing
- App Development
These services are not included by default since not everyone requires them. If you need them, contact us to add them to your plan at an additional cost.

What are your Turnaround times?
Our average delivery time for any project is 48 hours. However, the actual turnaround time depends on the project scope and intensity—we might even deliver faster depending on the complexity.

48 Hours or More – For larger or more complex projects that require additional time for refinement.
Need a project delivered faster than the expected timeline? We can expedite your request, but please note that it will bypass our dedicated project managers, which may affect quality assurance.
What if I don’t like the finished project?
We offer unlimited revisions! If you’re not satisfied, simply request changes via our platform, and we’ll refine the work until it meets your expectations.
How Do Revisions Work?
We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final outcome. However, to maintain efficiency and keep projects moving forward, revisions are handled as follows:
- Revisions must be clearly communicated via our platform to ensure accurate updates.
- Once a project is marked as complete, any necessary revisions will be prioritized before moving on to the next project.
- Time Allocation for Revisions:
- We dedicate 3 hours per day to finalize and complete the active project until it is 100% finished and delivered.
- The remaining 6 hours of the 8-hour work cycle will be allocated to starting the next new project.
- This structured approach ensures that ongoing projects receive the necessary refinements while allowing steady progress on new requests.
Please keep in mind that we will continue using this time allocation until the current project is fully finalized and delivered before moving on entirely to the next task.
How Do You Ensure Brand Consistency Across Multiple Projects?
At Enine Arts, we take brand consistency very seriously and follow strict brand guidelines to ensure that your or your client’s brand is consistently carried throughout all projects.
To achieve this, we require you to provide
- Brand Guidelines – Logos, colors, fonts, and design rules.
- Brand Assets – High-resolution logos, brand patterns, and icons.
- Preferred Tone & Style – Any specific design or messaging preferences.

How Do You Ensure That My Brand Won’t Get Mixed with Other Agencies’ Brands?

- Seamless Client Interaction – If needed, we can follow your communication style, guidelines, and workflows.
- Private & Confidential – We do not claim credit for any work or communicate with your clients directly unless you specifically request it.

Out of Scope
Are There Any Requests You Don’t Support?
At Enine Arts, we specialize in high-quality graphic design, web development, and digital marketing services. However, to ensure the best experience for our clients, we do not cover the following:
- 3D Modeling & Rendering
- Animated Graphics (GIFs, Motion Graphics, etc.)
- Medical & Legal Document Design (Forms, Contracts, etc.) Complex Packaging Design
- Adobe InDesign Documents
- Extensive Print Design (Magazines, Books, etc.)
- Websites Built Entirely from Scratch with HTML and CSS (we use modern frameworks & CMS solutions instead)
- Custom Plugin Development
What If an Error Occurs After the Completed Project Is Delivered?
If an error occurs after your project has been completed and delivered, we’ll be happy to review the issue. However, please note:
- We must first fully complete and deliver your current ongoing project before we can look into the matter.
- Once your active project is finalized, we will assess the reported issue and determine the best course of action.
- If the error is due to a mistake on our end, we will work on fixing it at no extra cost. However, if the issue arises due to changes made after delivery, additional charges may apply.
For urgent concerns, please document the issue clearly and submit a request via our Project Management Dashboard.

Do I Have to Sign Contracts?
Yes! We offer flexible contract options to ensure a seamless and committed working relationship.
- 6-Month Contract – Get 5% off your total package price.
- 12-Month Contract – Get 15% off your total package price.
Signing a contract not only locks in exclusive discounts but also ensures priority service and consistent project management throughout your term.
What Payment Methods Can I Use?
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience. You can pay using:
Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and more.
Stripe – Secure online payments.
Can I Switch Packages Midway? How Does It Work?
Yes! Absolutely, you can switch packages at any time.
Here’s how it works:
- Let Us Know Your Reason for Upgrading – This helps us understand your needs and ensure a smooth transition.
- Immediate Upgrade – If you have projects that need urgent attention under the upgraded plan, we will charge the extra amount for the upgraded package right away.
- Next Billing Cycle Adjustment – Your subscription will be adjusted so that, from the next billing cycle, you’ll be charged for the upgraded package.

Is There a Set Date For When You Take Payments?
Yes! Payments are due 30 days after you have signed up for our subscription plans.

Are there any hidden fees beyond the subscription price?
No, there are no hidden fees—everything included in your package is clearly outlined. Here’s what each package covers:

If I Need a Refund, How Does It Work?
We offer a 7-day trial period so you can experience our services before fully committing to a subscription plan. During this trial, you can assess our workflow, project quality, and overall experience.
After the 7-day trial period, if you decide to continue, you will sign a contract and commit to a subscription plan. Once committed, our refund policy is as follows:
- No Refunds for Completed Work – If you decide to stop services after one month or at any point mid-subscription, you will not receive a refund for that period because work has already been completed.
- Refunds for Unused Work – If you request a refund but have unfinished or completed projects, you will not retain ownership of those projects. In this case, we will fully refund your money, but the completed work will remain the property of Enine Arts.
- No Refunds After the 7-Day Trial – Once the trial ends and you’ve committed to a plan, refunds will not be issued unless it falls under the unfinished work policy.
Our commitment to quality ensures that every project meets professional standards, and we encourage all clients to take full advantage of the 7-day trial before making a long-term commitment.

However, here’s how it works:

- Web Development Projects – All custom code and assets will be delivered upon project completion.
- Logo & Branding – Full brand assets, including vector files, fonts, and color codes, will be included.
Note: Source files are only provided after project completion and are included for free in your package. If you need files mid-project or in a different format, let us know, and we’ll accommodate your request.
Do You Provide Digitizing Services?
Yes! We offer digitizing services for printing and other digital applications.
Our digitizing services include
- Vectorization – Transform raster images (JPG, PNG) into high-quality vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) for scalable printing.
- Custom File Formats – Ensure compatibility with your production process, whether for screen printing, vinyl cutting, or engraving.
