This Terms of Service document (“Agreement”) is established between Enine Arts LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Enine Arts”) and you as the user. This Agreement outlines the rules and conditions for accessing and using our digital platform and all subscription-based services (“Services”) we provide.
By visiting our website or using our Services in any way, you confirm that you have reviewed, comprehended, and consent to follow this Agreement.
Our operations and website are managed from our headquarters in Evansville, Indiana, United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, you are responsible for following your local laws and regulations. We do not guarantee that our website or services are appropriate for use in locations outside the United States.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. By continuing to use our website and services after any updates, you accept the changes in their entirety. All updates are effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of our website indicates acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement. 3. Services Overview
Enine Arts provides white-label graphic design, web development, digital marketing, and mobile app development services, operating on a subscription and project-based model. Service details and scope are available on our website, while pricing is provided upon request. Additionally, we offer print & sign services as a separate offering with variable pricing.
We strive to keep our services running smoothly, except during scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues. We retain the right to change, update, or discontinue any services without prior notice.
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
- Payments are required upfront at the time of sign-up.
- Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- Pricing details, promotional offers, and discounts are available on our website and may be subject to change.
- Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- The next payment is due 30 days after the start date.
5. Stand-Up Meetings & Communication
- 6-Month Contract Clients: Receive monthly stand-up meetings to discuss progress, updates, and next steps.
- 12-Month Contract Clients: May request stand-up meetings as often as needed based on project requirements.
All communication and project tracking must be conducted through the Enine Arts Project Management Dashboard for transparency, efficiency, and streamlined collaboration. Additional communication channels may be available to ensure ease of access and client convenience.
6. Project Submission & Delivery
- All project requests must be submitted using the Project Management tools.
- Clients may submit unlimited project requests, but active projects are limited based on the subscribed plan.
- Standard turnaround time is 48 hours, but complex projects may take longer.
- Smaller projects, such as business card designs, are delivered within 24 hours.
- Enine Arts reserves the right to adjust project timelines based on workload and complexity.
7. AI Policy & Compliance
- Use of AI in Services: Enine Arts may use AI-powered tools for design, content creation, and development to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance with AI Laws: We adhere to the latest AI regulations to ensure ethical and legally compliant use of artificial intelligence in our services.
AI-Generated Content: Any AI-generated content provided as part of our services is reviewed by our team for accuracy, originality, and compliance with intellectual property laws.
8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- Clients own all final deliverables upon full payment.
- Enine Arts may use anonymized work samples for portfolio purposes unless requested otherwise.
- We operate as a 100% white-label agency, meaning we do not disclose our partnership to your clients.
9. External Tools & Integrations
- Enine Arts recommends using the Enine Arts Project Management Dashboard.
- Clients who prefer external project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Trello, Asana, Slack) must request integration additional fee will apply.
10. Refund Policy
- Trial & Mini Packages: Non-refundable once project work has started.
- Subscription Plans: Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable. If canceled mid-cycle, services continue until the end of the billing period.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Enine Arts are not liable for business losses, indirect damages, or third-party issues arising from our services.
- We are not responsible for SEO ranking drops, algorithm changes, or marketing performance fluctuations beyond our control.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, USA.
- Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Indiana.
13. Service Termination
Enine Arts may terminate or suspend access to services without prior notice if we determine you have:
- Violated this Agreement.
- Engaged in unauthorized account sharing.
- Used our services for unlawful or inappropriate activities.
- Treated our team inappropriately.
14. Social Media Marketing
To effectively manage social media campaigns, content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking, we require access to your company’s CRM tools and social media management platforms. All-access is handled securely, and we follow strict confidentiality measures to protect your data.
15. Changes to Terms
- Enine Arts reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
- Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Agreement.
